I am not just another wellness influencer. I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Nutrition Counselor who understands exactly what you are going through. I also have a background in behavioral science and I am currently studying nutrition at California State University, Sacramento to bring you the most up to date, evidence-based support for your health.
I have lived the high-pressure life too. I spent years climbing the corporate ladder. Long hours, deadlines, and constant stress were normal for me. Burnout became routine until I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes at six weeks pregnant. That moment changed everything. It forced me to reassess how I was taking care of myself. I started walking on my lunch breaks, eating real whole foods, and protecting my energy and boundaries.
