5 Reasons Why I love Seven Sundays

seven sundays cereal

Cereal tends to be comfort food for many but, we know it's full of sugar and ingredients we don't want to fuel our bodies with so sometimes we avoid it. We love cereal too, but with the high amounts of sugar, artificial flavors, dyes, and added preservatives, it's something I avoid buying.

I stumbled upon Seven Sundays and their cereal products a few months back and I have to say, we are impressed.

Let me tell you why-

  1. Both of my girls love it! The crunch, the chocolaty milk at the end, and the flavor, it's all you can ask for. From a mom's perspective, It's not overly sugary yet has that great comfort texture and taste.

  2. The ingredients are incredible! They're ingredients you can stand behind because They're REAL ingredients!

  3. Their products are sweetened with REAL added sugars like dates, coconut sugar, and maple syrup.

  4. Their added sugar average is about 4-5g of added sugar per serving compared to brands that have 17-30 grams per serving. WINNING!!

  5. It's grain-free, dairy-free, gluten-free, made in the US, and is owned and operated by REAL people who are actively advocating for healthier food products!!

If you are looking to change things up and want to keep the cereal in the house, I would recommend trying their amazing Museli and/or cereal. They're a brand you can stand behind and trust!
