I'm Tasha

My journey began 18 years ago when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes.

Instead of feeling defeated, I took control and transformed my health using nutrition and exercise. That experience sparked a passion in me, leading me to become a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (NBC-HWC) and the founder of Wellness Homemade.

Now, my mission is simple: to help women like you cut through the noise of conflicting advice and finally feel confident about what you eat.
